Changing students' lives for over a decade.Corinthian Colleges, Inc., with more than 91,000 students enrolled as of June 30, 2012, is one of the largest post-secondary education companies in North America. Our mission is to change students' lives. We offer diploma and degree programs that prepare students for careers in demand or for advancement in their chosen fields.. The company operates 105 schools in 25 states and 17 schools in Canada. We have 122 Everest, Heald and WyoTech campuses.
CCi serves the large and growing segment of the population seeking to acquire career-oriented education. Our program areas include health care, business, criminal justice, transportation technology and maintenance, construction trades and information technology. CCi also offers students the opportunity to take classes online through Everest College in Phoenix and Everest University in Florida.
Our company was founded in 1995 and we completed an initial public offering in 1999. Historically, CCi has grown through acquisitions as well as through organic growth. Organic growth consists of opening new branch campuses, remodeling, expanding or relocating existing campuses and adopting curricula into existing colleges. As of June 30, 2012, we had approximately 15,200 employees in North America, including 5,900 full-time and part-time faculty members.
