Charitable/Community Efforts
Through its Igniter Ambassador program, students, with the support of faculty members, thrive on going the extra mile for community residents by working to raise money for charitable events.Periodically, the Travel and Tourism program offered at the Ottawa campus encourages its students to reach out to the local community by giving presentations to senior citizens that provided up-to-date information about a particular destination seniors have shown an interest in visiting.
While the services offered to the community may change from year to year, the commitment from the campus staff and students has been to be a positive influence to others in need.
