At the Thunder Bay campus of Everest College of Business, Technology and Health Care in Ontario, Canada, our team is committed to your successful career training. We will be there to assist you from your first visit, right up to helping you find opportunities in your field of study. You have a whole team of people who will work with you and support you in your path towards a new career.Founded in 1998, Everest College's Thunder Bay campus has trained over 1,100 graduates in a variety of programs in the fields of health care, business and technology. Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Superior, the Thunder Bay campus offers career training in a unique setting. Located in the Downtown Port Arthur area of Thunder Bay, the campus is within walking distance to Marina Park and offers many shops and restaurants within a one-kilometer radius of the campus.
The campus has a diverse student population ranging in age from 18 to 65 years of age, with approximately 200 students enrolled. Students work hard in a friendly atmosphere, which was recently remodeled to include updated modern equipment. Our new Personal Support Worker (PSW) lab is designed to duplicate a long-term care facility. Both the PSW lab and the Massage Therapy clinic are both open to the public.
Staff members and students participate each year in the school's annual:
- Dragon boat races
- Ignite Ambassador picnics
- Help Habitat for Humanity build houses
- Organize events, such as Guitar Hero competitions on campus
